1. Right of Withdrawal – EU/EEA Customers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable statutory exceptions.
The withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, such as an email or letter.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
The refund will generally be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you or another method is legally required.
3. Returning the Goods
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
The goods should be returned in a condition that allows them to be inspected and resold where reasonably possible.
You may be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where an applicable statutory exception exists.
This may include, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, goods that are made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized goods.
Any statutory exceptions will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Returns for U.S. Customers
For customers located in the United States, returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by this policy and by any mandatory federal or state consumer protection laws that apply to the transaction.
If a specific statutory right applies to your purchase, nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude that right.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any voluntary return period or additional return conditions offered by MechTech will be clearly stated on the website or during checkout.

6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, unsafe, or materially different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:
